Are there recurring renewals or monthly fees?
No. The Founder Pass is a single, one-time payment of €25. Once unlocked, you maintain permanent PRO access to all current and future platform features without any renewal fees.
How is my account activated after donating? Is it immediate?
Upgrades are processed automatically via webhook. When your payment completes, your account is activated. If you donate using a different email than your registered POC Scanner login, simply include your account email in the donation message/note on Ko-fi so the system can link them. If your account is not upgraded within 24h, please reach out via our contact form or Telegram channel (@pocscanner) with your donation confirmation.
